Getting Started is Easy


Built on General Physical Preparedness (GPP), we blend strength, cardio, and skill work to' build all-around fitness for whatever life throws your way.
Race-inspired training combining running with functional strength exercises.
Build aerobic capacity, stamina, and mental grit with longer workouts using running, rowing, biking, and bodyweight movement, developing the engine to power through workouts and life.
Strength sessions focused on building muscle and power with weights.
Build strong, powerful glutes through targeted lower-body movements and proper technique. Each class breaks down glute training fundamentals and leaves you with a solid pump.
Your first class is free, we want to introduce you to our program and how we can help you get the results you are looking for. In this session you will meet one of our coaches, tour the facility and take part in a workout. You are encouraged to ask questions regarding our workouts, memberships, and the facility.

We will introduce you to one of our trainers, we will give you a short tour of our training facility. Then we will sit down and go over some of your goals and how we train at Backyard CrossFit.
